Dining & Entertainment

It just wouldn't be a CCA conference without good food and fun, and this year’s Insight 204 Symposium has plenty of both! Here's what we've got in store for you for the week. Plan to join us!

Tuesday Night Welcome Reception
Before the sessions begin, take some time to meet the folks from CCA, our business partners, and other Model 204 customers. The Welcome Reception is being held from 7-9pm in Grand Ballroom 1 at the Hyatt Harborside Hotel. Stop by and enjoy some hearty hors d'oeuvres and cocktails before the information-fest begins!

Conference Breakfast and Lunches
A continental breakfast and lunch are provided each day of the symposium sessions – Wednesday through Friday. For those arriving early on Tuesday for the Pre-Insight Model 204 Refresher Class, lunch will be provided at the first class break.

Thursday Night Clambake!
Summer is officially over on September 21st, but it’s still in full swing on September 19th! This year’s CCA dinner party is an outdoor clambake, being held at the waterfront Harborside Pavillion, right on the grounds of the Hyatt Harborside Hotel overlooking Boston. The menu includes barbequed chicken, ribs, lobster, full salad bar and of course, New England clam chowdah! Dress for this event is SUMMER CASUAL, so be sure to pack your favorite Hawaiian shirt, shorts, and comfortable footwear. If the weather cooperates, we’ll set up a volleyball net and see how many balls we can lose in Boston Harbor…

Wednesday Night and Pre/Post Conference Time
We've left Wednesday night open for you to make whatever dinner plans you like. The Hyatt Harborside offers easy access to Boston, so that you can explore this historic, world-class city during your free time.
