The 2003 Product Plan is now available for download. This document details CCA's plans for the next major version of Model 204, version V6R1. It also discusses the product planning process in general, and features a special section concerning IBM's renewed commitment to mainframe technology.

Each Model 204 Product Plan is a result of extensive customer interviews, as well as in-depth research pertaining to current and future industry trends. The Customer Survey played a significant role in the formulation of our plans. CCA thanks every customer who completed the survey and hence conveyed your requirements in critical IT areas including connectivity, scalability and performance.

The new version of Model 204 is scheduled for release in the first half of 2005. The third international "Insight 204 Symposium" will be held coincident with this release to provide you first-hand information and education about each new feature. More details of the Symposium will be available in the coming months.
