Cancellations

Students may cancel their registration without charge provided CCA receives written notification at least two weeks (14 days) before the scheduled start date. Students canceling less than fourteen days before the scheduled start date will be liable for the full course fee. Student substitutions are permitted without charge. CCA reserves the right to cancel or postpone any class. Cancellations will be made at least five working days prior to the course start date. CCA is not responsible for the cost of non-refundable airfare in the event of a cancellation. When you make travel arrangements, please consider possible schedule changes.
