in a course, contact the Computer Corporation of America
office on 20 8867 6150 and ask for the
Training Coordinator.
Registration
Cancellations: A
customer may cancel a course booking without charge provided
written or verbal notice is received at least six working
days before the course start date.Cancellations received
less than six working days before the course start date
are liable for the full course fee, although student substitutions
are permitted without charge. Under certain circumstances,
the customer may be credited with the cancelled days.
Course
Cancellations: CCA reserves
the right to cancel or postpone any class. Cancellations
will be made at least six working days prior to the course
start date.
Courses
given at a Customer Site: At the request of a
customer it can be arranged for the course to be given at
the customer site. For information on fees for on-site courses
please contact the Training Coordinator.
Where
courses are given on site and the training member of CCA
is required to travel and/or stay at a hotel, the expenses
incurred will be payable by the customer (over and above
the course fees). It is recommended that NO MORE than 12
people attend a course given at a customer site in order
to provide an individual approach to each person. If the
customer required more that 12 people attend a given course,
then the customer should contact the Training Coordinator
to discuss options.
Customers
may wish to share courses by having personnel from other
customer at their own site. This should be mutually agreed
between customer, and CCA will bill each customer individually
on a per person basis, with expenses shared pro-rata .
All
public UK courses are taught at CCA in Uxbridge, Greater London.
