ACCESSING THE CCA CUSTOMER SUPPORT AREA YOU AGREE THAT COMPUTER
CORPORATION OF AMERICA ("CCA") IS ONLY WILLING TO
PROVIDE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THIS WORLD WIDE WEB SERVER
TO YOU UPON THESE TERMS. BY SELECTING A SUPPORT SERVICE BELOW
AND CLICKING ON THE "OK" BUTTON, YOU ARE CONSENTING
TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS HEREIN, AND ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR AUTHORITY
TO DO SO ON BEHALF OF YOUR COMPANY (IF APPLICABLE). IF YOU
DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT SELECT A SUPPORT SERVICE
AND YOU WILL NOT ENTER THE CCA SUPPORT AREA.
You are
granted the right to use the Information (defined to include,
but not be limited to, technical data, object code, documentation
and product information) to the extent you are licensed to
use CCA software products or services pursuant to your license
or maintenance agreement. You obtain only such
rights as are specifically provided in your License or Maintenance
Agreement.
Support
Services are available for:
THE
INFORMATION IS PROVIDED TO YOU AS A SERVICE FROM CCA, IT
MAY NOT BE THE MOST CURRENT INFORMATION AVAILABLE AND MAY
NOT BE CONSISTENTLY AVAILABLE TO YOU. THE INFORMATION IS
PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, EXCLUSIVE
OF ANY WARRANTY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
OF TITLE, OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL CCA OR ITS LICENSORS
BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES HEREUNDER INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, COVER, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY,
RELIANCE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFIT), ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE UNDER
OR RELATED TO THE INFORMATION PROVIDED.
Support
Services are provided to those CCA customers who subscribe
to product maintenance. If you are not a subscriber of product
maintenance and would like access to customer support, product
patches, late breaking information and other information
pertinent to your installation, or if you have any questions
about this agreement, then please contact
us via email.
