Richard
P. Ryan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer |

Rick
Ryan is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Computer Corporation of America. He is responsible for
all of CCA's operations, both in the U.S. and abroad,
as well as the company's strategic direction and growth.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Software Council,
the Massachusetts High Tech Council, and the American
Electronics Association.
Prior
to CCA, Rick was part of the senior management team
at Epsilon Data Corporation, a pioneer in customer relationship
management solutions. Earlier in his career, he held
finance positions at PriceWaterhouse and IBM. He holds
a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern
University and completed the Executive Business Program
at University of Michigan.
Under
Rick's leadership, CCA continues to release new products
that meet customers' ever-changing needs and enable
them to leverage the latest technologies and trends.
By keeping CCA focused on customer satisfaction and
its core competencies, he has led the company to achieve
continuous profitability and growth. He invests CCA's
resources heavily in R&D to ensure that CCA's data
management solutions maintain their competitive edge
and continue to meet the demanding needs of our customers
in the future.

the higher end of the data management solutions market

Pamela
Manolakis, Vice President, Product Operations |

Pam
Manolakis has been with CCA for nearly 25 years. She
holds a degree from Simmons College and has done graduate
work at Harvard and Suffolk Universities.
Pam's
early years with the Technical Support organization
provided her with an intimate understanding of Model
204 and how it is used by our customers to implement
real-world, enterprise-level data management solutions.
She spent several years in Product Development and as
an International Technical Consultant for the Pacific
Rim region before assuming responsibility for all customer-oriented
functions, including technical support, quality engineering,
and documentation.
Today,
Pam directs all product operations efforts, including
product development, testing, documentation, customer
support, release management, quality assurance, field
support, customer education, and ongoing product maintenance.
Under her leadership, Pam's teams have achieved record-breaking
results, with top-quality products consistently released
on time and the software bug count reduced by 97%.
Pam's
unwavering commitment to CCA and to our customers helps
put CCA in a class by itself when it comes to customer
satisfaction.

Russell
M. Lavoie, Chief Financial Officer |

Russ
Lavoie is the Chief Financial Officer at CCA, and directs
all Finance and Administration related functions including
Finance, Contracts, Human Resources and Information
Technology. Beginning at Raytheon Company in 1982, Russ'
career included senior-level finance positions at Polaroid
Corporation and Epsco, Inc. He has a solid history of
effectively managing costs without impacting customer
services, which has helped CCA remain profitable and
achieve high customer satisfaction.
Russ
is a former President of the Treasurers Club of Boston
and is currently a Director for the Boston Chapter of
Financial Executives International. In addition, he
is a member of the Alumni Executive Board at Bentley
College. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting
from Bentley College, a Master of Business Administration
from Bryant College, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics
and Finance from Bentley College. Russ is also on the
Board of Directors of Public Interactive, an Internet
content company that supports the Public Radio market.

Graham
Paterson, Vice President, Sales |

Graham
Paterson is the Vice President of Sales at CCA. He has
been with the company for 17 years and, in total, has
over 35 years experience in the use of IT by large enterprises.
After receiving an honors degree in Mathematics and
Economics from the University of York in the UK, he
became a mainframe systems engineer at ICL, where he
rose to management positions focusing on large clients.
Later he served as General Manager of Northern Europe
for Tesdata, the computer and network performance measurement
specialist, dealing with large, global customers.
From
his start at CCA in 1985 as the Director of International
Sales to his present position, Graham has a history
of leading his organization to exceed revenue targets,
foster long-lasting relationships with customers, and
develop new business. His professionalism and integrity
continually promote enduring, valuable partnerships
that lead to better products and services, a larger
and loyal customer base, and CCA's financial success.

Marie
Kelly,
Director of Marketing |

Marie
Kelly is the Director of Marketing at CCA, and has 20
years experience in the data management software industry.
After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
from Tufts University, she started her career as a systems
programmer, and quickly moved to technical consulting,
where she trained and assisted worldwide customers in
developing large-scale database applications.
Before
joining CCA in 1998, Marie was a Product Marketing Manager
at Lotus Development Corporation, dealing specifically
with database, analytical, and Web-based business solutions.
She was a member of the e-Business software planning
team at IBM, and was instrumental in helping Lotus and
IBM merge their two e-Commerce software offerings to
serve both the lower and higher ends of the market.
At
CCA, Marie is responsible for all corporate communications
and marketing events, including public relations, marketing
collateral development, product promotion activities,
the corporate Web site, and CCA's Insight 204 User Symposium.

Chris
Ramsdale, Director -
Strategic Product Planning |

Chris
Ramsdale is the Director of Strategic Product Planning
at CCA, responsible for all market research and product
planning activities. He began working with IBM mainframes
in the european motor vehicle manufacturing industry
in 1972, later moving into the retail industry.
Since
1980 Chris has worked primarily in senior technical
and management roles for computer hardware and software
manufacturers , including Siemens AG, Tesdata, Masstor
Systems, Geisco and Teamco Systems Innovation.
Chris
first encountered Model 204 in 1987 and was the prime
architect behind the Burton Group's development of what
was then the largest retail credit marketing database
in Europe.
Chris
joined Computer Corporation of America, Ltd. in 1990
as the UK Technical Support Manager and in 1991 he was
appointed as Director of Client Services in CCA's new
MarketPulse International Division, where he helped
develop a multi-million dollar business from scratch.
In
his current role, Chris blends new market trends with
customer requirements to direct CCAs new product
development. He is in constant communication with industry
analysts to ensure that CCA anticipates customer needs
before they surface. By matching emerging industry standards
with world wide customer research, Chris helps CCA deliver
new products that solve real-world problems and leverage
the latest technologies and solutions.

Brenda
Ligh, Corporate Controller |

Brenda
Ligh is CCA's Corporate Controller, overseeing all worldwide
accounting and finance operations including payroll,
accounts receivable, collections, cash management, accounts
payable, general ledger, tax, accounting systems, and
financial reporting. Over her tenure she has made significant
improvements in all accounting processes including cash
management, internal control and financial application
development.
Prior
to joining CCA in 1990, Brenda spent four years at Ernst
& Whinney (now known as Ernst & Young), a global
leader in professional services. Her education at Northeastern
University includes a Master of Business Administration
and Finance, and a Bachelor of Science in Management
and Accounting.
